But apart from the labels - my purpose in life is guiding women to a more powerful and restored relationship with food through prioritizing Jesus. I am your dietitian who cares deeply about your faith and your health.

BUT LET’S BE REAL.

I wasn’t *always* in the position of helping women find food freedom & have the confidence they were always chasing. I literally started ground zero no idea how to do it. Seriously - years ago I was living struggling with body image, disordered eating, binges, restriction, and my faith was struggling - I had NO idea how to:

  • Read my body & know how to fuel it

  • Stop sugar cravings

  • SUBMIT and COMMIT to God’s better plan

  • Trust my body

  • Feel confident.. in my food… body.. and life

So I dedicated YEARS to getting mentors, learning about nutrition, becoming a dietitian, changing my eating patterns, but ultimately… submitting to God’s prompting.

Once I got started, I realized I was finally honoring God’s call to 'just stop'—stop chasing diets that never worked. For the first time, I felt genuinely happy, confident, and strong. My energy came back, and I felt vibrant again! I was actually leaving behind the binge/restrict cylce, eating became intuitive and enjoyable (no longer stressful!). My weight was normalized and I finally broke free of the mental choke hold dieting had me in.

Then I began helping other women find their own path to lasting health—guiding them to eat and live well, without another rigid diet or overwhelming meal plan. Just real, lasting change.

I’m here to tell you that EVERYTHING you want for yourself is out there. The freedom to not worry about your weight, or to feel confident, and less stressed about food. To get back a thriving metabolism that struggled due to years of binge and restriction.. It’s just waiting for you.
